Bangladesh is preparing to showcase its industrial strength on the global stage with 15 exhibitors confirmed for Texworld New York, scheduled to be held on 20–22 January 2026.

Held at the Javits Convention Centre, this event is recognised as one of the largest and most influential textile sourcing exhibitions on the US East Coast, said a press release.

The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is taking a strategic lead in the event, actively supporting the international promotion of the country’s textile and apparel industry.

Under the EPB’s banner, 14 leading Bangladeshi companies, including M&A Composite Ltd, Golden Tex, Blue Apparel, Hera Sweaters, PM Sourcing, Excom Fashion, AB Apparels and Design Sourcing International Corp, will participate in the event.

In addition to the government-supported group, Paramount Textiles will be representing the nation as an independent exhibitor.

Organised by Messe Frankfurt, the exhibition serves as a massive hub for international fabric suppliers and manufacturers. Bangladeshi participants will display a diverse range of products, spanning from casual cotton and knits to technical textiles, lace, and cutting-edge sustainable materials.

Bangladesh is already globally recognised for its dominance in ready-made garments and fabric exports. For the nation, this event serves as a "powerful gateway". It offers local manufacturers the opportunity to forge new international partnerships, gain insights into current trend cycles, and align with global sustainable sourcing trends.

Participating in Texworld New York is like securing a front-row seat at the world's most prestigious fashion summit, allowing Bangladesh to not only display its craft but also to harmonise its production with the future rhythms of global demand.
