A chess competition was held. However, no flesh-and-blood person participated, but several artificial intelligences (AIs). And in the final of that competition, Open AI, the creator of ChatGPT, won the crown of the best artificial intelligence (AI) chess player.
Open AI's 03, Elon Musk's X AI model Grock 4, and all AI models participated in this chess competition. Large Language Models or LLMs from multiple organizations participated in this three-day event. And ChatGPT became the champion there.
A total of 8 LLMs participated in this competition. Among them were AI models like Open AI, XAI, Google, Anthropic, and models like DeepSick and Moonshot AI created by Chinese developers.
Although Elon Musk's Grock was ahead early in the finals of this competition, ChatGPT kept winning in quick succession towards the end. Grock also made several mistakes towards the end. In that, Sam Altman's artificial intelligence model won the crown of the best artificial intelligence (AI) chess player.
