According to TMZ, Katy and Justin Trudeau went to a cabaret show at the Crazy Horse Paris. The pair left the event, locking hands and smiling at the paparazzi stationed outside. A fan wished Katy a happy birthday and handed her a rose. Justin accompanied Katy to the car and then followed her. Katy donned a red dress during the excursion. Justin was seen wearing a black suit.

Later, at her London show, a fan went down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Katy said, "I wish you'd asked me 48 hours ago." She was spotted with Justin on the yacht two days before her performance. She had stated during the event, "London, England, you're like this on a Monday night after a long day of work and school? "I used to fall for Englishmen, but not anymore."
