The fourth day of testimony against ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, including three others, for crimes against humanity during the anti-discrimination movement is today.
The sixth day of testimony is scheduled for Sunday by the three-member judicial panel of the International Crimes Tribunal led by Tribunal-1 Chairman Justice Md. Golam Mortuza Majumder.

Earlier, the tribunal set this date for the next testimony in this case after the testimony of the fourth and fifth two witnesses on August 6. This testimony will be held today in continuation of that.
Rokeya University's master's student and anti-discrimination student activist Rina Murmu and Rangpur journalist AKM Moinul Haque testified in the murder of Abu Sayeed, which is one of the charges in the case against Sheikh Hasina. Three more testimonies were taken in the case two days earlier.
Prosecutor Mizanul Islam conducted the hearing at the tribunal that day. Other prosecutors were present at the time. On the other hand, state-appointed lawyer Amir Hossain represented Sheikh Hasina. Lawyer Zayed Bin Amjad represented former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, the accused who was arrested in this case and appeared before the tribunal.
The International Crimes Tribunal-1 framed charges against Sheikh Hasina, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun on July 10 and ordered the trial to begin.
In addition, the tribunal approved the application of former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun to become a witness in the case by admitting guilt.
On June 16, Tribunal-1 ordered a notice to be published in a Bengali and an English newspaper to summon the fugitives Sheikh Hasina and Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, and the next day, notices were published in two newspapers asking Sheikh Hasina and Kamal to surrender within seven days.
According to the notice, on July 10, the tribunal ordered the start of the trial by framing formal charges against Sheikh Hasina, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, and former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun.
On June 1, the International Crimes Tribunal-1 took cognizance of the formal charges against ousted Sheikh Hasina on charges of crimes against humanity committed during the mass uprising of students and the public in July-August last year. The prosecution has filed a formal complaint against Sheikh Hasina, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, who are accused in this case, along with five charges of crimes against humanity.
