The Election Commission (EC) will hold a view-exchange meeting with officials of different ministries, divisions and others concerned on Thursday as a part of its preparations to ensure holding the upcoming 13th national election in free, fair, participatory and peaceful manner.
The meeting will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday at the conference room (Room No. 520) of the EC Secretariat, said a circular issued in Dhaka on Sunday.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) will preside over the meeting, which will also be attended by other Election Commissioners.
EC Secretariat Director (Public Relations) Ruhul Amin Mollik said the meeting will be attended by the Cabinet Secretary, the Governor of Bangladesh Bank, the Senior Secretaries of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Public Administration, along with representatives from 31 government ministries and divisions.
