The 9th Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting between Bangladesh and Pakistan began Monday morning at the NEC Conference Room in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.
Bangladesh Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed and the visiting Pakistani Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik are leading their respective sides in the meeting.
This JEC meeting between the two countries is taking place after a gap of 20 years as the last meeting was held in 2005.
