The Election Commission (EC) has chosen to register three political parties, including the National Citizens Party (NCP), because each matched the commission's requirements.

The other two parties are Bangladesh Samajtantrik Dal (Marxist) and Bangladesh Aam Janagan Party (BAJP), according to EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed, who spoke to reporters at the Election Bhaban in Agargaon.

Akhtar Ahmed stated, "The commission believes that these three parties are eligible for registration." We will make an announcement in the press on Wednesday. The time for objections has been set to November 12.

"A final decision will be made after reviewing the information available within the specified time, and the registration certificates will be issued once objections are settled."

143 parties applied for EC registration during the timeframe specified. Following the initial review, the commission sent field investigation teams to 22 parties. Based on the investigation reports, the EC decided to register the NCP, Bangladesh Samajtantrik Dal (Marxist), and Bangladesh Aam Janagan Party.
