Principal Consultant on Friday, Professor Muhammad Yunus engaged in a private discussion with BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia at Senakunja.
The meeting took place alongside a reception event at the Senakunja, commemorating Armed Forces Day-2025, as reported by the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing.
In the course of the meeting, the chief adviser posed a question regarding the health status of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and expressed hopes for her swift recovery.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia expressed her gratitude to Prof Yunus and sought information regarding the health status of the chief advisor’s wife, Afrozi Yunus, extending her best wishes for her recovery.
Syeda Sharmila Rahman, the youngest daughter-in-law of Khaleda Zia, was in attendance at that moment.
