EC registers 81 local observer organisations

The Election Commission (EC) has registered 81 local election observer organisations for the upcoming 13^th National Parliamentary Election and the referendum.

The EC published the list of registered observer organisations on Monday signed by

Md Ruhul Amin Mollik, Director (Public Relations) and Information Officer of the

EC Secretariat.

The EC's public relations wing announced the registrations in two phases.

On November 6, in the first phase, 66 local observer organisations were registered, from November 6, 2025 to November 5, 2030.

In the second phase, after scrutiny, the EC gave final approval to an additional 15 local observer organisations. These 15 organisations are registered for five years, from December 4, 2025 to December 3, 2030.

All registered organisations will be allowed to observe the upcoming 13^th National Parliamentary Election as well as various local government elections under the Election Observation Guidelines 2025.
