After being shot, Sharif Osman Hadi, the spokesperson for the Inqilab Manch and a potential independent contender for the Dhaka-8 seat, was transferred from the Dhaka Medical College Hospital to the Evercare Hospital and is currently being treated there.

The assailants who attacked Hadi in the Bijoynagar region shot him in the head on Friday afternoon.

After suffering severe injuries, he was initially sent to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he had extensive surgical procedures.  In accordance with the wishes of his family, he is currently being moved to Evercare Hospital in order to receive additional medical attention.
