Sharif Osman Hadi, the spokesperson for the Inqilab Manch and a potential independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency, is scheduled to be transported to Singapore via air ambulance on Monday afternoon.

The press wing of the chief advisor confirmed the matter on Sunday night.

A statement said that, following instructions from chief advisor Muhammad Yunus, a decision was made during an emergency phone call with cultural advisor Mustafa Sarwar Farooqui, the chief advisor’s health assistant Dr Md Sayedur Rahman, specialist doctor Dr Zafar from Evercare Hospital, and Osman Hadi's brother, Omar Bin Hadi.

In the last two days, the government has reached out to multiple hospitals in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia regarding Osman Hadi’s treatment.  On Sunday, the chief advisor received information following consultations with the expert medical team at Evercare Hospital and discussions with family members.

Dr Md Sayedur Rahman, the special assistant professor to the chief advisor for the Ministry of Health, informed the Chief Advisor that Osman Hadi’s physical condition remains stable and unchanged.

Osman Hadi is scheduled to be sent to Singapore for advanced treatment on Monday afternoon.  All necessary arrangements for the medical air ambulance, medical team, and travel preparations have been thoroughly completed for this purpose.  Various arrangements have been put in place for his treatment at the Accident and Emergency Department of Singapore General Hospital.

The state will cover all expenses associated with Osman Hadi’s treatment.  The Chief Advisor has directed those involved to maintain continuous oversight of his medical process.  Simultaneously, he has requested prayers and supplications from his fellow citizens for a swift recovery.
