Rab has apprehended three additional suspects in connection with the shooting of Osman Hadi, a prospective independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency and spokesperson for Inqilab Mancha.
Wing Commander MZM Intekhab Chowdhury, who serves as the Director of RAB’s Law and Media Wing, provided the information at approximately 9:00 pm on Sunday.
He stated, ‘Rab has apprehended three suspects along with a significant quantity of chequebooks and electronic devices linked to Faisal Karim, the primary suspect in the Osman Hadi assassination attempt.’
A joint operation conducted by several battalions of RAB resulted in the arrest of one individual from the capital and two from Narayanganj. Subsequently, the RAB transferred them to the police.
