Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury on Wednesday said preparations for the forthcoming national election scheduled to be held on 12 February are stronger compared to previous elections.

“The stakeholders linked to the election are well prepared,” he said while exchanging views on law-and-order situation ahead of the election and referendum at the PTI Auditorium, organized by the Sylhet Divisional Commissioner’s office.
