Students across Bangladesh will receive their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examination results on 10 August, ending weeks of anticipation following a delay in the publication schedule.
The Bangladesh Inter-Education Boards Coordination Committee confirmed on Monday that the results will be released simultaneously across the country.
Once officially published, candidates will be able to check their results through the websites of their respective education boards, collect them from their educational institutions or access them via SMS.
The announcement comes after the results were postponed from their previously expected release date of 20 July.
Education authorities said the publication had been delayed because the necessary preparations could not be completed within the original timeframe.
SSC and equivalent examinations in 2026 were held between 21 April and 20 May, with more than 1.85 million candidates taking part under Bangladesh’s education boards.
The annual SSC examinations are one of the country’s most significant public assessments, marking an important academic milestone for students seeking admission to higher secondary education.
With the publication date now confirmed, schools, students and parents are expected to begin preparations for the next stage of the admission process once the results become available on 10 August.
