European Union (EU) Ambassador to Bangladesh Michael Miller on Wednesday held a meeting with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
The meeting was held at the BNP Chairperson's office in Gulshan at 11:00am.
They discussed the current political situation in Bangladesh, the upcoming general election, as well as issues related to democracy and human rights, according to BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan.
BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, Joint Secretary General (Foreign Affairs) Humayun Kabir, and Organising Secretary Shama Obaed were present during the meeting.
