Tarique Rahman to visit Mymensingh after two decades

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is set to visit Mymensingh on Tuesday as part of his campaign for the 13^th National Parliamentary Election.

This will be Tarique Rahman’s first visit to Mymensingh in 21 years.

During the visit, he will address three separate public rallies in Mymensingh, Gazipur and Uttara in the capital.

The BNP’s media cell confirmed the visit on Monday afternoon.

According to the media cell, Tarique Rahman will address a public rally at the Mymensingh Circuit House ground at 2:30pm on Tuesday.

On his return journey, he will address another rally at the historic Rajbari ground in Gazipur at 6:00pm.

Later in the evening, he will join a public rally organised by the local BNP at the Azampur Eidgah ground in Uttara, Dhaka, at 7:00pm.

Tarique Rahman last visited Mymensingh on July 20, 2005.
