Atletico Charlone Club of Argentina arrived in the city on Wednesday morning to take part in the AFB Latin Bangla Super Cup schedule, to begin on Friday (Dec 5) at National Stadium in the capital.
AF Boxing Promotion International Limited (AFBFIL) is going to organise this tournament. Three teams from Brazil, Argentina, and the host country, Bangladesh, will participate in the tournament.
Atletico Charlone will play their first match against host Rising Star Bangladesh on December 8 and meet Sao Bernardo Football Club of Brazil on December 11.
Earlier, Sao Bernardo Football Club of Brazil arrived last Tuesday to take part in the tournament.
Two-time World Cup-winning Brazilian legend Cafu and Argentine former professional footballer Caniggia are expected to be present at the Brazil-Argentina match on December 11 at the National Stadium.
