Foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei stated on social media that allegations regarding the central Iranian site, known in English as Pickaxe Mountain, were entirely unfounded.
He asserted that Washington's focus on the location represents a manufactured pretext intended to justify future aggression and sabotage against the country.
The Iranian representative reiterated that the International Atomic Energy Agency fully declares and registers all national atomic activities.
The response followed comments made on Tuesday by President Donald Trump, who warned that American forces were preparing to strike the central mountainous region heavily in the near future.
Despite the public warning, military commanders in Washington have not yet executed any strikes against the location.
Allegations surrounding the mountain intensified last year when American media reports suggested that subterranean construction had accelerated at the site.
The site sits adjacent to the primary enrichment facility at Natanz, which suffered extensive damage during American aerial strikes in June 2025.
